About this event
In this small, supportive group, Dianne and Lin will guide our conversations about several different themes: the place of older adults in today’s world; adapting to health changes; our current roles and relationships; unfinished business; and the values that strengthen us as we near the end of life. Before each workshop, you’ll do some writing at home to read to our group, but note that this is not a writing workshop. It’s a structured group for reflecting on our lives, sharing our personal stories, and hearing how our experiences impact others. The themes are carefully planned to help you reflect on, connect to, and make sense of the life you have lived and are living. Before registering, email Lin at stilllangley@gmail.com to schedule a brief conversation to ensure that you and the workshop are a good fit.
