The Life Writing group meets once a week to share short pieces of autobiographical writing on an assigned topic. We listen, comment, support and encourage each other. Many of us, after receiving feedback and rewriting, have combined all our weekly efforts into a book. This is a well-organized class that requires commitment. Limited to nine members. The artist Vermeer‘s thirty-four paintings are scattered worldwide, making it a challenge to gather them for an exhibition in Amsterdam. There, experts share their knowledge of the artist‘s work and also discuss why they believe that two paintings in particular are, or are not, by Vermeer (Doc, 2023, NL).

The purpose of the SuPA mobility study is to determine whether 6 months of one-on-one health coaching or group-based health education sessions will increase positive lifestyle behaviours, such as physical activity participation, and improve mobility in individuals who are experiencing some challenges with their mobility (e.g., slower walking).
