Member* registration starts on Tuesday, January 6 at 10 am. Member guests who are non-members will also be able to register for Social Hour during this day.

Around Town

Around Town is an occasional series of talks and visits to Vancouver’s cultural, historic, and historic treasures. Every month or so we’ll discover a different museum, gallery, or historic site that reveals another aspect of our city’s character and creativity.

Registration is currently unavailable, but please save the date for the following:

Cultural Dining

Members pay for their own meals

Come and join us as we dine out, explore global cuisines, and enjoy a fun and delicious evening together.

Each month, we meet up at a different restaurant. It could feature the cuisine of China, Japan, India, Korea, Latin America, Mexico, the Middle East, Vietnam – well, you get the idea! Feast your way around the world, right here in our own diverse, multicultural city. Limit to 10 participants per evening.

Come join us to connect, socialize, and have laid back conversations with refreshments and beverages. Enjoy an hour or so relaxing, mingling and meeting up in the warm and welcoming Oak Room. The more the merrier! Please sign up for each session.

Raise the Stage Theatre Outings

To join a specific theatre outing as advertised in the Friday Update, send an email to Jennifer Petersen at jennia2000@yahoo.com.

Meet up to see live theatre performances by Vancouver’s best theatre groups and socialize with fellow theatre enthusiasts. Group seating is available in some venues. After the show, we may go for happy hour or dinner. Kindly note that you’ll need to book your own seat through the theatre box office.
