In-kind gifts we accept & drop-off
Jewellery - Drop off everyday in the office from 9am to 3:30 pm.
Fashion, vintage, antique or estate. Please take jewellery donations to the Office. If they’re in a package, label it “Jewellery Committee.” Contact Mary at maryf@telus.net if you have questions.
Clothing - Drop off Tuesday to Thursday in the Meeting Room (basement) from 9am to 3:00 pm.
Men’s or women’s clothing and accessories from any era. Drop-off Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays from 9 am to 3:30 pm starting June 2nd.
Treasures - Drop off Tuesday to Thursday in the Meeting Room (basement) from 9am to 3:00 pm.
- Figurines, gifts, fine china, heirlooms, timepieces (even if in need of repair), etc.
- Puzzles and games
- Children’s toys and books
- Unopened gifts

Art supplies - Drop off only Thursdays from 12:00 to 3:30pm & Fridays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
If storage for your art supplies is somehow vanishing, here is a good opportunity for you to declutter! Maybe there’s dust collecting on the pencil set you purchased four years ago. Perhaps there’s an ageing canvas, you know the one that is never the right size for your next painting? What about your collection of unused paints, paint brushes or palettes? You are welcome to drop off donations of art books in the art room on Friday mornings. Contact Beverly Grice at 604-616-1790 if Friday morning is not possible.
Library - Drop off everyday in the library from 9am to 3:30 pm.
Please note that we do not take more than 10 books at one time, delivered in person to the library (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3:30 pm). Paperbacks are preferred. We can ONLY accept the following:
- Fiction and mysteries published within the past five years.
- Non-fiction—biographies and history only.
