Around Town Around Town is a series of occasional outings to Vancouver’s cultural and historic places. Every month or so we’ll visit a different site: perhaps a museum, gallery, special collection, or heritage place. It’s a friendly way to discover some of the city’s most interesting spaces. Members only.
BC Sports Hall of Fame and Museum, 777 Pacific Boulevard South
With FIFA excitement building in Vancouver, it’s the perfect time to celebrate the city’s soccer roots. Vancouver legend Bob Lenarduzzi will share stories from his incredible career, connecting the city’s past to its global moment.
Afterward, explore 150 years of B.C. sports history through a collection of 28,000+ artifacts with a guided tour or explore on your own—or jump in and play some hockey yourself!

Getting there: 777 Pacific Boulevard South
By car: The following two locations are lots that are connected to the stadium via a skybridge. Please note that you will need to go up a flight of stairs to access the museum from this area. Plaza of Nations - Lot #1188 or Plaza of Nations Marina - Lot #499
Underground parking space but with limitations on vehicle height is available for the following parking lot: 858 Beatty Street - Pivotal Building - Lot #1610
Metered street parking is also available on Beatty and Robson Streets
By transit: Stadium-Chinatown Station, located on Beatty at Dunsmuir, exit on Beatty St., walk 2 blocks south to Terry Fox Plaza or Vancouver City Centre Station (Canada Line), located at the corner of Georgia and Granville, exit on Granville St., walk 1 block south and 7 blocks east on Robson to Terry Fox Plaza

Cancellation Policy:
Please read the Brock House Society refund policy prior to registering for activities (courses, events, tours) that have a fee.
- There is a $15 processing fee for ALL cancellations.
- To ensure that classes and events can go ahead as planned, members must cancel a class or event no later than 3 days prior to the start/event date to be eligible for refunds. No refunds are given after this deadline.
- To be eligible for a refund of tours, cancellation requests must be received 7 days prior to the tour. No refunds are given after this deadline.
- If Brock House needs to cancel a course/event/tour due to low attendance, a full refund will be provided.
