HPA Event: She Sells Sea Shells

If you were part of the Esther Birney Literary Series in the Winter term, you would have seen part of the rehearsal for She Sells Sea Shells during the January 14th presentation with Sarah Rogers, the director of She Sells Sea Shells.
On April 22nd, you will be able to join Toph Marshall, Artistic Director at United Players forthe viewing of the play. All free for members. Toph will be live on Zoom, introducing this working-class drama and answer any questions you might have at the end. This play is brought to you by the Halpern Performing Arts Committee (sponsored by the George Halpern Fund).

When she was twelve, Mary Anning discovered the first ichthyosaur, and she became an important, if forgotten, paleontologist. Known primarily from the children’s tongue-twister that she inspired, Anning’s life challenges us to see the beauty buried in the stones beneath our feet.
